Business Development Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, networking events, and industry research.
- Maintain a database of leads and prospects and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that meet client needs and showcase our services.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals and follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the digital marketing industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the business development team based on research findings.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.
Communication and Follow-Up:
- Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all client inquiries, proposals, and meetings.
